Chris Birch, one of the world’s most famous off-road riders, is joining us at ABR Festival 2026.
A man who can ride pretty much anything anywhere, Chris has built a reputation not just in competition, but on what he can do with a motorbike when the terrain gets tough.
He’s an eight-time New Zealand Enduro champion, a three-time winner of the Roof of Africa, and has stood on the podium at Red Bull Romaniacs seven times. He’s also New Zealand’s most successful Dakar Rally competitor.

Away from racing, Chris has spent years riding in some of the most remote parts of the world and has been passing on his knowledge and skills through coaching workshops and riding schools.
At the ABR Festival this June, you’ll get both sides of him.
Chris will be appearing on the Bridgestone Stage and in the Traveller’s Tent on Friday and Saturday, sharing stories from a life spent riding some of the toughest terrains on the planet. You’ll also be able to catch him in the GoPro Display Arena across both days, where he’ll be showing exactly why he’s regarded as one of the best off-road riders in the world.
Throwback to when Chris Birch tore up the GoPro Display Arena back in 2024
It started with Ted Simon. Then there was Richard Hammond and Charley Boorman. Now Chris Birch joins them. And there’s still more to come.
With over 80 speaker sessions across the weekend, and names like Ted, Richard, Charley and Chris on the bill, this year’s shaping up to be something special.
Weekend tickets are £199, which gets you three days and two nights camping, plus access to everything happening at Ragley Hall, 26–28 June. Tickets are disappearing fast, so if you’re thinking about joining us, snap yours up now.
