Terms & Conditions: Win The Ultimate ABR Festival Experience For Two

The Promoter of this Free Prize Draw is Adventure Bike Rider (the “Promoter”), operated by Adventurize Media Ltd.
The Free Prize Draw is open to residents of the UK and EU aged 18 and over.The Free Prize Draw is not open to (a) employees, contractors or agents of the Promoter, their family members, freelance contributors, anyone else connected to the Free Prize Draw and their family members; or (b) public officials (as defined by applicable laws, statutes and regulations relating to bribery and corruption, including but not limited to the UK Bribery Act 2010) and anyone connected to them.
By entering the Free Prize Draw you are accepting these Terms and Conditions.
In entering the Free Prize Draw, participants confirm that they are eligible to do so. You may be required to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Free Prize Draw.
No purchase is necessary to enter the Free Prize Draw, however an internet connection is required.
Only one entry per person is permitted. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.
How to enter:
1. The Free Prize Draw will operate between 10:00 GMT Saturday 16th November 2024 and 23:59 GMT Sunday 24th November 2024 inclusively.
2. There is one prize available: 1 x Ultimate ABR Festival Package for Two, including: 2 x Weekend Tickets to ABR Festival 2025, taking place at Ragley Hall, Warwickshire, United Kingdom, from 27th-29th June 2025, 2 x Super Thursday Tickets, 1 x Glamping Tent (Sleeps 2), 2 x Weekend Trail Passes, 2 x ABR Festival 2025 T-shirts, 2 x Festival Guides, Food & Drink Vouchers.
3. ABR Festival Tickets are only available digitally and will be sent to the prize draw winner via an email address of their choice. Printed tickets cannot be provided as an alternative.
4. The Prize Winner will be expected to meet any costs associated with travel to and from ABR Festival 2025. Any incidental costs incurred while attending ABR Festival 2025 must also be met by the Prize Winner.
5. To enter this Free Prize Draw, entrants must provide their email address, so that they may be notified in the event of a prize win, and opt in to receive marketing emails from Adventure Bike Rider Festival and Adventure Bike Rider Magazine using the Online Entry Form only. Entrants can unsubscribe at any time.
The Winner:
1. 1. There shall be only one Prize Winner, who will be randomly selected from all valid entries in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
  2. The odds of winning will depend on the number of entries received.
  3. The Prize Winner will be chosen at 10:00 GMT Monday 25th November 2024 by a random computer process.
  4. The Prize Winner will be contacted by email using the contact details provided with their entry and will be asked to confirm acceptance of their prize and provide an email address where the Prize is to be sent.
  5. If the Prize Winner declines their prize or fails to respond within 72 hours of being notified, they forfeit any right to the prize and a redraw will take place from the remaining valid entries to select a new winner. If the prize remains unclaimed by Monday 9th December 2024, it will be immediately withdrawn and the Free Prize Draw cancelled. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or any other prize.
  6. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel this Free Prize Draw, or change any condition of the Free Prize Draw without notice, and no correspondence will be entered into.
The name and country of the Winner can be obtained after 23rd December 2024 and before 23rd February 2025 by sending a stamped addressed envelope to Promoter, address: Adventurize Media Ltd, Unit G, Drayton Manor Drive, Alcester Road, CV37 9RQ, United Kingdom.
The Promoter shall use and take care of any personal information you supply in entering this Free Prize Draw as described in the Promoter’s privacy policy, in accordance with data protection legislation and applicable law.
By entering the Free Prize Draw, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information in order to process and contact you about your Free Prize Draw entry, and for the purposes outlined in these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Free Prize Draw or accepting the prize. Promoter further disclaims any liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Free Prize Draw save to the extent that such liability results from (i) death or personal injury caused by Promoter’s negligence; (ii) Promoter’s fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (iii) any other reason or by any cause which cannot be excluded by law.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations relating to this Free Prize Draw where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
The Free Prize Draw and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by English law and entrants to the Free Prize Draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts. However, you may have statutory or legal rights in the territory where you live which could apply to your entry in the Free Prize Draw.
